‘Hacks’ Star Hannah Einbinder Debuts Comedy Special Trailer

Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go

The first trailer for Max’s Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go has the Hacks star describing herself as ruined after smoking too much pot during her formative years. And…that’s the whole tease. Apparently, they’re saving the good stuff for the actual comedy special.

“Actress, comedian, and star of the Emmy-winning Max Original comedy series Hacks, Hannah Einbinder takes the stage at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles for her first stand-up special. Holding a rapt audience in the palm of her hand, Einbinder debuts a variety of characters including the sun, moon, and earth, and shares hilariously, formative stories from throughout her life including the lengths her parents went to for a son (only to have her instead), her failed attempts at meditation, and the divine intervention experienced at her grandmother’s funeral,” reads Max’s synopsis. “The comedian also gets candid about being queer, her faith, climate change, and her stoner roots in this unpredictable and highly funny debut comedy hour.”

The special was written and executive produced by Einbinder, with Sandy Honig directing and executive producing. Additional executive producers include Dave Kneebone, Tim Heidecker, Eric Wareheim, Janel Kranking, Ethan Stern, and David Miner.

Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go premieres on June 13, 2024.
