“War” Plot: Following Hen’s firing, Chimney grapples with his decision and how it has affected the team. Meanwhile, a new AI call center assistant, meant to help, has begun to create more complications, and the 118 must intervene.
Angela Bassett stars as Athena Grant, Jennifer Love Hewitt is Maddie Han, Oliver Stark is Evan “Buck” Buckley, and Kenneth Choi is Howie “Chimney” Han. Aisha Hinds plays Henrietta “Hen” Wilson, Ryan Guzman is Eddie Diaz, and Gavin McHugh plays Christopher Diaz.
