Netflix’s new trailer for Virgin River teases that season seven marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. The streamer’s set a March 12, 2026 premiere date for the 10-episode seventh season of the popular drama.
Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson lead a cast that includes Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, and Benjamin Hollingsworth. Zibby Allen, Sarah Dugdale, Marco Grazzini, Kai Bradbury, and Kandyse McClure also star.
Sara Canning (The Vampire Diaries) joins the series as Victoria, “an ex-cop who was shot in the line of duty and now works for the state medical board as an investigator.” Also new for season seven is Cody Kearsley (Riverdale, Daybreak) as Clay, a tough, athletic kind of guy who gets noticed when he enters a room.
Netflix released this synopsis of the series:
“Virgin River is a romance story centered around nurse practitioner Melinda Monroe’s (Breckenridge) move to the remote California town of Virgin River. Yearning for a fresh start, Monroe discovered that small-town living isn’t quite as simple as she expected and that she had to learn to heal herself before she could truly make Virgin River her home.”
