Paramount Pictures’ new “Legacy” spot for Scream 7 teases that every phone call, every killer, has led to this. The 30-second promo begins with a trip back in time to key phone calls before picking up the action as Ghostface hunts down Sidney’s daughter.
The latest film in the horror franchise stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Anna Camp. The cast also includes Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons, and Mark Consuelos.
Scream 7 will open in theaters on February 27, 2026.
“When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (May) becomes the next target,” reads Paramount Pictures’ synopsis. “Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.”
Scream creator Kevin Williamson directs and co-wrote the screenplay with Guy Busick. Producers include William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein.
