Netflix’s new teaser for One Piece season two introduces new villains: the Baroque Works. Expect the band of assassins to give Luffy and the Straw Hats a rough time as they continue their quest for the One Piece.
Season one debuted in August 2023, and season two is set to premiere on March 10, 2026. Production is already underway on season three.
Iñaki Godoy stars as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu is Zoro, Emily Rudd is Nami, Jacob Romero is Usopp, and Taz Skylar plays Sanji. Joining the series for season two are Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Lera Abova as Miss All-Sunday, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, and Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek.
“Netflix’s epic high-seas pirate adventure, One Piece, returns for season two—unleashing fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet. Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line—a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn,” reads Netflix’s synopsis. “As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”
The popular series is based on Eiichiro Oda’s bestselling manga, with Oda serving as an executive producer. Matt Owens and Joe Tracz guide season two as co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers. Additional executive producers include Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe, and Steven Maeda.
