The series will debut with the release of the first two episodes. New episodes of the 15 episode season will stream on Thursdays, with the finale set for April 10th.

The Pitt is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,” reads Max’s synopsis. “Each episode follows an hour of Dr. Robby’s (Wyle) 15-hour shift as the chief attendant in Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital’s emergency room.”

Gemmill writes and executive produces. Additional executive producers include Noah Wyle, Emmy winner John Wells, Erin Jontow, Simran Baidwan, and Michael Hissrich. The series is produced by John Wells Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
