SoCal to see sunny and dry conditions on Friday with more Santa Ana winds

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Santa Ana winds are set to return Friday morning as the weather in California remains sunny and dry as we head into the weekend.

Los Angeles and Orange counties on Friday will be sunny with an afternoon high of 72 degrees along with gusty winds.

The valleys and Inland Empire will reach a high of 75 degrees, but it’ll be much warmer on Saturday as temps hit a high of 80 degrees.

Sunshine is expected in the beaches with an afternoon high of 70 degrees.

Mountains will be cold, but it’s going to warm up this weekend. A high of 47 degrees is expected on Friday and 55 on Saturday.

It’s going to be a cool day in the deserts with an evening freeze on Friday. Temperatures will reach 66 degrees and will dip to 22 at night.
