Eli Roth’s Ice Cream Man made the trek to the San Diego Comic-Con, taking over the Kansas City BBQ (best known for being featured in Top Gun) and dispensing special ice cream treats as part of “The Ice Cream Social Massacre Installation.” Eli Roth’s latest horror film hits theaters on August 7, 2026, and the trailer confirms kids who gobble up this particular ice cream man’s tasty treats turn into psycho killers.
Ari Millen, Benjamin Byron Davis, Eli Roth, Karen Cliche, and Dylan Hawco star. The cast also includes Sarah Abbott, Shiloh O’Reilly, Kiori Mirza Waldman, Charlie Zeltzer, and Charlie Storey.
“Ice Cream Man follows an idyllic summer town descending into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results,” reads The Horror Section’s synopsis.
Roth co-wrote the screenplay with Noah Belson and directs. Snoop Dogg and Brandon Roberts contributed original music, and NAS executive produced.
