Paramount+’s official teaser for Mayor of Kingstown season four teases the antagonistic relationship between Mike McLusky (Jeremy Renner) and series newcomer Edie Falco, who plays the new prison warden. Season three premiered in June 2024 and season four will debut on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Tobi Bamtefa, Derek Webster, Hamish Allan-Headley, and Nishi Munshi return for season four. In addition to Falco, Lennie James and Laura Benanti joined the cast for the upcoming season.
“In season four, Mike’s control over Kingstown is threatened as new players compete to fill the power vacuum left in the Russians’ wake, compelling him to confront the resulting gang war and stop them from swallowing the town,” reads Paramount+’s synopsis. “Meanwhile, with those he loves in more danger than ever before, Mike must contend with a headstrong new Warden to protect his own while grappling with demons from his past.”
Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon co-created the series and executive produce along with Jeremy Renner, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, and Michael Friedman. Additional executive producers include Christoph Schrewe, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo, and Keith Cox. Dave Erickson serves as showrunner and executive producer. Mayor of Kingstown is produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions.
