SoCal to see more warm temperatures and sunshine on Thursday

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Southern California on Thursday will see mostly sunny and warm conditions, with temperatures in the mid-80s, but some parts of the region will start heating up.

Los Angeles and Orange counties on Thursday will reach a high of 80 degrees after clouds dissipate in the morning and give way to sunny conditions.

The valleys and Inland Empire will reach 92 degrees on Wednesday, with mostly warm and sunny conditions by the afternoon. Temperatures will dip to 59 degrees at night.
Beaches on Thursday will see morning clouds and afternoon sunshine. A high of 71 degrees is expected.

Mountains will be in the high 70s amid breezy and mostly sunny conditions on Thursday.

Deserts will be warm on Thursday. Conditions will be sunny and windy as a high of 96 is expected.

Later in the week, Southern California is likely to see a heat wave roll in, with temperatures in the Inland Empire and desert communities hitting 100 by Friday.
