SoCal to see sunshine, warm temperatures Tuesday ahead of cooldown later in the week

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Southern California Tuesday will continue to see summer-like weather as conditions remain warm and sunny.

Los Angeles and Orange counties Tuesday can expect temperatures in the mid-80s and sunny conditions. Wednesday will be cooler, and there could be some showers later in the week.

The valleys and Inland Empire Tuesday will also be warm, with temperatures reaching 88 degrees. Temperatures drop to the low 80s Wednesday, but a dramatic cooldown arrives Thursday when some light rain is possible.

Beaches will see a pleasant day Tuesday, with a high of 74 on tap amid sunshine. Cooler conditions and a chance of light rain arrives later in the week.

Mountains will be in the low 60s amid sunny conditions Tuesday. Some rain could arrive to the region Thursday.

Deserts Tuesday will reach 77 degrees in the afternoon, dropping to 35 at night. The region won’t see a chance of rain until Friday.
