Los Angeles and Orange counties can expect temperatures to hit 59 degrees during the day on Saturday with a 20% chance of scattered showers, and nighttime temps should be in the high 40s. On Sunday, L.A. and Orange counties can expect similar weather with a high of 63 during the day with clear skies, and a nighttime temperature in the mid 40s.
Similar conditions are on tap for the valleys and Inland Empire, with temperatures reaching 58 degrees and a 20% chance of rain throughout the day. Temperatures drop to 44 degrees at night. Sunday has similar conditions in the region, with highs of 63 degrees. Temperatures drop at night to 39 degrees.
Beaches will be windy and cool with a high of 60 degrees over the weekend. The chances of rain is low at 20% on Saturday and should clear up by Sunday.
It’s going to be cold and snowy in the mountains, so be prepared. The mountain communities will reach a high of 33 degrees on Saturday and 41 degrees on Sunday. Some areas will get 1 to 4 inches of snow at the tops of the mountains, so expect good ski conditions.
Deserts will be cooler and may see some gusty winds and scattered showers Saturday. Temperatures will reach 50 degrees in the afternoon, dropping to 41 at night. It should be cool and breezy Sunday with a high of 57 and a low of 33 at night.
