Moderate temperatures are in the forecast Wednesday for most of Southern California

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Mild weather is in the forecast for Southern California as we reach the middle of the week.

Los Angeles and Orange counties will start out with cloudy skies Wednesday morning before the sunshine comes through. Temperature highs will reach 67 degrees. Overnight lows will drop to 53 degrees.

The valleys and Inland Empire will stay sunny and mild with a temperature high of 71 degrees Wednesday. Overnight lows will dip to 48 degrees.

Beaches should expect temperature highs to get up to 64 degrees Wednesday, while overnight lows will tumble to 54 degrees.

Mountain communities will also see sunny and mild weather Wednesday. A temperature of 58 degrees is in the forecast. Overnight lows will drop to 27 degrees.

Deserts will be partly cloudy Wednesday with some gusty winds. Temperatures will reach a high of 74 degrees. Overnight temperatures will dip to 42 degrees.
